Terms of Service
Use of BoostBoard
BoostBoard provides tools for drawing, saving, animating, and sharing car-soccer tactics. You may use BoostBoard only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with the service or other users.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support.
User Content
You keep ownership of plays, folders, titles, drawings, and other content you create. By saving or sharing content through BoostBoard, you give BoostBoard permission to store, display, transmit, and process that content so the service can function.
Shared Plays
Shared links may be viewable by anyone who has the link. You are responsible for what you choose to share and for respecting the rights of others.
Paid Features
BoostBoard may offer Free, Basic, and Coach access tiers. Paid features, pricing, refunds, renewals, and cancellation rules may depend on the store or payment provider used to purchase access.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use BoostBoard to upload or share illegal, abusive, infringing, or harmful content.
- Do not attempt to break, reverse engineer, overload, or bypass access controls for the service.
- Do not impersonate another person, coach, team, or organization.
Beta Status
BoostBoard is still evolving. Features may change, move, break, or be removed during testing.
Disclaimers
BoostBoard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every coaching or competitive use.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, BoostBoard will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
